1. What LaunchGraded is

LaunchGraded scores and reviews public launch landing pages against a fixed rubric, and (for paid Launch Executor orders) drafts platform-specific launch copy grounded in your site's own content. By using LaunchGraded, you agree to these terms.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

LaunchGraded gives you honest, deterministic feedback and draft copy — it does not guarantee traffic, sales, upvotes, or any specific launch result. Scores and reports reflect a fixed checklist, not a promise of success.

3. Submitting URLs

You must only submit URLs you own or have permission to have scanned. Our scanner only reads publicly accessible pages — it does not attempt to access anything behind a login.

4. Payments & refunds

Paid products ($49 reports; $199/$299/$499 Launch Executor tiers) are billed through Stripe at time of purchase. You're only charged once payment actually completes — an abandoned or expired checkout never charges your card.

Because a report or launch story is a digital deliverable you get immediate access to, all sales are final once it's been generated — we don't offer refunds for changing your mind or disagreeing with the findings. The free score already shows your verdict and blockers before you buy the $49 report, so you can judge the value up front. At checkout you confirm you want immediate delivery and understand this means you lose the standard 14-day right to cancel — that confirmation is what makes this policy binding under UK consumer law.

We do refund in full, no questions asked, for a fault on our end: generation fails, the report is generated against the wrong URL, or you're charged more than once for the same order. Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll sort it out.

5. AI-assisted copy

Launch Executor drafts are AI-assisted and grounded in your own site's content, but they are drafts — review them before you post, and edit anything that doesn't sound like you.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use LaunchGraded to scan sites you don't have permission to scan, to abuse our contact form or email systems, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as LaunchGraded changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
